We love showcasing our videography projects and sharing the story behind each shoot. One of our very first gym video shoots was with Flex Fitness, located in Howick, Auckland. Our goal was to be creative while staying true to the brand’s identity and aesthetic. For this project, we produced four social media reels and provided over 30 high-quality photos for their content library.
The reels incorporated split-screen visuals, masking techniques, and colour grading, which added a dynamic and professional feel to the final content. The end result was polished, engaging, and perfectly aligned with the gym’s vibrant atmosphere.

How long does it take to film 4 social media reels?
It can take up to 2 hours depending on the brief.
Do we come up with the creative ideas or do we leave it to you?
We encourage you to come up with ideas, this could be gym walk throughs, work out videos, client testimonials and so on. In most cases though, we are given the creative control to come up with 4 high impact reels.
How do you record the videos without getting in the way of the members?
Good question, we are very aware of the privacy concerns of members. In most cases, our videographer will record members in the distance where there identity is protected, we also wait for equipment to become available or a section of the gym to be vacant before we record.
Do you need to set up lighting rigs?
No, gyms usually have natural light coming in, so no lighting rigs are needed.
How long after shooting do you deliver the reels.
We deliver the reels usually within 48 hours. This is through a Dropbox link.
How many revisions can you do once we receive the first draft of reels?
We can do as many as it takes to ensure you are 100% happy with the reels.
Do you offer ongoing monthly reel packages?
Absolutely, we prefer an ongoing relationship with gyms to ensure they have ongoing content that is fresh and engaging.
Do you offer photos?
We sure do, we offer fully edited, colour corrected photo packages for an additional $50.
