Flex Fitness
Flex Fitness is one of Auckland’s premier gym brands and we’ve had the pleasure of working with multiple Flex Fitness locations across the city. Our first project was with Flex Fitness Howick, one of our earliest gym clients and a shoot that set the benchmark for how we approach fitness content.
For Flex Fitness Howick we produced four social media reels and over 30 high-quality photos for their content library. The reels incorporated split-screen visuals, masking techniques and colour grading, giving the content a dynamic, premium feel that perfectly matched the Flex Fitness brand identity.
For Flex Fitness Henderson we produced a full content package showcasing the facility, equipment and energy of the gym, professional, creative content that captured the vision of the team and performed strongly on social media.
For Flex Fitness Botany we produced 6 reels including a full gym walkthrough, equipment showcases and special effects using Adobe After Effects, giving the reels a high-impact, polished finish that stands out on Instagram and TikTok.

Boxing Alley
Boxing Alley is more than a gym, it’s a culture, a community and a mindset. When we created their social media reels, we knew the content had to reflect that. Music was at the heart of everything, high intensity tracks selected to match the tempo, energy and brand identity of the gym perfectly.
The reels feature fast-paced transitions of boxers sparring and training, captured using a long lens from a distance to avoid disrupting sessions and to protect member privacy. The standout piece was a hype reel built around inspirational words from the boxing coach, raw, powerful and authentic. No narration needed. Just the coach’s voice, the music and footage that tells the entire story of what Boxing Alley is about.

How much does gym video production cost in Auckland? Our gym social media reel packages start from $450 + GST for 3 reels. We also offer add-on photography — 10 to 20 professionally edited gym photos for just $70 — perfect for building your full content library in a single visit.
How long does a gym shoot take? A typical gym shoot takes 2–4 hours on-site. This gives us plenty of time to capture a variety of footage across different areas, equipment and scenarios without disrupting your members or class schedule.
Do you film members during their workouts? Yes — but we do it respectfully. We use long lenses to capture members from a distance where their identity is protected, and we always wait for equipment to become available rather than interrupting someone mid-set. Member privacy is always our priority.
Do you need to set up lighting rigs in the gym? No. Gyms generally have good natural and artificial lighting, so no lighting rigs are needed. We work with the existing environment to capture the authentic atmosphere of your facility.
Do you come up with the content ideas or do we? Both work. We encourage you to share ideas — gym walkthroughs, trainer spotlights, member testimonials, equipment showcases, class highlights. In most cases though we’re given creative freedom to develop high-impact concepts on the day, which we’re very comfortable with.
How quickly will we receive our reels? Your first draft is delivered within 24–48 hours of filming. Fast turnaround is one of the things Auckland gym clients value most about working with us.
How many revisions are included? Unlimited. We don’t stop until you’re completely happy. There are no revision fees ever.
Can we book monthly gym content shoots? Absolutely. We prefer ongoing relationships with gyms — regular monthly shoots ensure your content stays fresh, your social media stays consistent, and your audience keeps growing.
